GreenSun Landscapes was founded by Ian and Sam, two driven entrepreneurs who chose to step away from traditional corporate paths to build something of their own. After establishing successful careers at a young age, they followed their passion for outdoor work and quality craftsmanship to create a company built on hard work, integrity, and results.

Today, GreenSun Landscapes provides reliable, versatile landscaping services with a hands-on approach across residential and commercial properties. We work closely with property managers, HOAs, churches, hotels, warehouses, business complexes, and homeowners, focusing on thoughtful planning, skilled execution, and long-term partnerships that keep properties looking their best year after year.

Ian VanArk
With a background in general contracting on multi-million-dollar projects across the private, government, and higher education sectors, Ian brings extensive experience in project management, business operations, and estimating. He has successfully managed multiple projects exceeding $10 million and takes pride in delivering efficient, high-quality results. Ian is hands-on with every landscape he touches and works closely with owners to develop the most timely and cost-effective approach for each project.

Sam Reichel
With over seven years of experience leading landscaping crews and a strong background in recruiting and business development, Sam plays a key role in growing GreenSun Landscapes from a basement startup into the operation it is today. Known for his communication skills and relationship-driven approach, Sam focuses on turning one-time projects into long-term partnerships with property managers, HOAs, churches, and homeowners through multi-year maintenance agreements.

Isaac brings a mechanical background and serves as the backbone of GreenSun’s field and shop operations. His extensive knowledge of equipment and mechanical systems keeps machines running at peak performance, enabling crews to deliver consistently high-quality results. Isaac also oversees field personnel and ensures every team member is properly vetted, trained, and placed in the right role to support safe, efficient, and professional project execution.
